You may transfer your seat to a friend or colleague. Email info@queencitycigarfest.com with the details.
If you must cancel your booking, please submit a written notice to our email address listed on the order confirmation email. If we receive a valid cancellation request, we will process as below:

More than three (3) months prior to the the event-
a full refund will be issued
Between three (3) months and one (2) month prior to the event-
a 25% refund will be issued
Less than two (2) months prior to the event-
no refund will be issued
Please be aware that by attending these events, you consent to your voice, name and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Queen City Cigar Fest, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature.
